The free version of the application met my needs - great little utility - I NEEDED to print sorted ascending in filename order - filenames only as I needed to compare TWO folders - one of .odt files and one of PDFs exported FROM the .odt's, since they SHOULD match!!! Thanks for this. My 27" iMac can't be upgraded past 10.15 and Apple only sells 24" iMacs!!!! I also have the Apple-branded Samsung 27" Thunderbolt 2nd monitor.
@@dotpink I started in IT in 1970 on RCA Spectra 70 "mainframes" and taught myself Systems level Assembly Language. RCA had their OS written in Japan. It was a better clone of the IBM systems at the time. On my iMac I use a Matias German tactile keyboard closer to the old IBM Selectric typewriters. I HATE Apple keyboards. I'm a fast touch-typist.
cool tips. Loved the terminal method. You can tell I'm an old guy to love CLI. Anyway, thanks for solutions. I will check out the shareware app. I couldn't remember what I used to use for this task. That as probably it.

Glad it helped! it's pity they don't sell 27" Mac anymore. Now I use Macbook connect to bigger external monitors, work great.
