They're in set spawn areas, and there's three total I think
ones near the military outpost, one is near shipment, and the last one is in a place that I forgot. They're all on the world borders though

what does red card do
it lets you unlock the red shutters in the blue keycard base
it gives you access to a red crate which can contain at least one of the following:
KS23, RPG-18, AWM and the grenade launcher

i had a large backpack but kept it off until i found stuff i wanted (less gear means more speed)
