Everyone at c1 are from c3 and just dropped bcuz of meta change or bcuz they want to farm
Rune quality in general has improved over time. C1 is a lot better than it was a couple years ago, same with every other rank.

11:55 there's no extra damage. The extra damage would be if it has Add dmg substats in artifacts, which is not worth since other skills are 1 hit, or from the 2nd hit if the 1st got a def break but Valantis has Immunity. The overall scaling on 3rd skill is the same but divided on 2 hits.

This man made me go look at my dark monkey to see why this one was so weak. Spd/cd/hp or sp/hp/hp are the ideal builds. Running a spd/cr/acc makes him weaker. With zero changes to the runes, mine is doing more damage after the buff on spd/cd/hp.

No need to buff ld unit.
He is even worse I did a rune test before and after.. He does even less dmg with 3rd skill bc they nerfed the multiplyer to calculate in with the def break.. So litteraly totaly useless, only hits twice now which even doesn't work with despair since they changed how despair works

How many times did you test it? because dmg has a variation range, so all skill that don't have fixed dmg can do more or less each time
