Sir I have seen in some book that they did not convert minimization into maximization . Sir is this conversion necessary in case of minimization ?
No, conversion is not necesaary, but in this case you will have to follow some different procedure for min and max.

for Xb/Xk, Xk should be greater than zero, so negative value will not be involve in the min ratio, therefore 15.1 will be choosen.
