I'm going to redecorate my bedroom in the spring and started searching You Tube for some pointers. Came across your channel a couple days ago and I can't stop watching your videos. I have learned so much. So thank You!! The only bad thing is now I feel the whole house needs to be redecorated!!! LOL

Zahira, can't help but notice your individual clothing style. Do you make your own clothes? Which clothes designers do you like to wear? What shoes do you wear/like to wear. One of the best dressed TH-camr out there! I am an Aquarian and also like individual styling. I often get comments and am not afraid to wear colour, unusual jewelry, handbags and shoes

Great video, I love the photos with examples, that must take some serious research work! Thank you. I understand what you mean about how colours change proportions, but one thing I’d say is that I feel painting just one wall a different colour to the rest of the room is a little outdated, don’t you think?

Great tips! I learned a lot. I have a small house with high ceilings. My master bedroom is larger than the living room...go figure! It's been a challenge but I think I'm doing OK. I have a Sante Fe/Territorial style home, which I love. White walls seem to work very well. All my color is in my area rugs and accessories.

Hi Zahira! I absolutely love your videos and tips. I'm about to move in my new home in London and I've found your videos very inspiring! I'm learning a lot about interior design..thank you so much! There's one thing I can't decide on...the home entrance! Should I go for something I love like console table and round mirror, or a mirrored wardrobe to hide away coats and shoes? I have a 3 bed flat so I have quite a lot of space...although is never enough, isn't it? :) So I wondered if you could do a video at some point about home entrances solutions and hallways? Hey Zahira, i have been following ur videos since more than a year i love the way u explain, i learnt a lot about decorating home which i love to. As of now my two houses were my project..😂😂 but im in love with colours and i love to use them in my home to feel lively(thats my type of decor🤫) but im so unsure about mixing different colours designs especially floral patterns in curtains, wall, cushion etc. Can u make a video on such topic😍😍😍

Hi beautiful!!! This is an excellent question. Aesthetically, The difference between classic and traditional style comes from the materials and colors. The traditional style leans more towards "simplicity," while the classic style loves "pomposity." The classic focuses heavily on the value and richness of materials, finishes, and decorations.
"The traditional style uses the classical style lines and structures but places them in a "less rich" but equally elegant environment." To understand the differences deeper, we must understand the history behind each one and how each style has been evolved. Maybe I could be a good idea to make a video of different interior design style (Part 2) including these two ;) What do you think? 😃

Are any mistakes to avoid with using neutral colors? I think to use some neutral colors on walls and furniture and sometimes change character of interiors by changing accessories but I'm not shure I'm right.

Actually, you have a good idea to paint most walls in neutrals and play with colors through accessories. This is a common technique in interior design; in this way, you can change the appearance of your space by changing small elements and accessories.
