    After sale's service is not good and no one gives response... Normal service centre's cannot repair this kind of juicers as all part's are made in China or South Korea.....
    Please be careful and commercial use be careful, it does not work after 30 minutes usage it needs break of 20/30 minutes of use....

      I agree with you on the poor after sales service part. I tried calling them for additional product information and I was unable to peak to anyone is customer support team even after trying for more than two days. There was no one answering calls in customer support team.

    Do not buy this juicer. Dont forget this is a paid promotion. I am suffering after purchasing this juicer. Hestia pays for the reviews in amazon and flipkart. The reviews are not genuine. I purchased from amazon and when i put the negative review, it was never put up there. the customer care is useless. there is no after sales service so the warranty is bogus. i wonder why influencers are misusing their power. the product is very very bad. The juicing experience deteriorates after its use of 1 month. so u cant return thru amazon and amazon customer care only promises but doesnt escalate the issue because hestia is doing a paid marketing on amazon.

      My no reviews are paid, this is my genuine review as per my experience. Also I purchased this juicer. This is not a review unit. May be your unit contains issues. It doesn’t mean that every other units are also with issues.

      @@gearknowledge My issue is not with the unit.. there could be issues with the machines.. they are machines after all.. my issue is with the after sales service of this brand. which literally is zilch. hence my comment
