Below are some info if I could help!
There are 3 ways to renew your passport:
1. Online Application 💻
personally not encourage y'll to apply through this as it will need to wait more than 3 months... (my experience was waiting more than 3 months then still need to dropbox 😶
2. Dropbox whenever you are free (24/7) 👀
got an application form from the security guard and wait for their confirmation email (they will normally reply the arrangement for you within 3 working days)
3. Ask for help from any filming shop that provide this service 👆
price mostly would be 2x the original application fee (RM200), nearly around sgd 110+?
*Handing in old passport + photos + thumbprint will mostly be in the morning while the passport collection time mostly in the evening ☀️
*You can directly enter if you have the email proven yo 🤟
*Please bring your umbrella, power bank and water for the survival tips 😤
*Lastly, I would recommend you to arrive 30 minutes early ⏳

For the time I went there, dropbox located in front of the security guard house (papers and pens provided) However, I recently heard that they will require us to make it online (but all fully booked...), instead of dropbox service... sorry if this is not the latest updates 🥺 hope this could help!!
hihi meanwhile, one of the viewers said applicant can apply via online booking! You would need to wait till 00:00 sharp to grab the appointment while competing with other applicants too 😗 wish you good luck 🍀💕

I would like to check with you on this passport renewal process:
-Did you apply online? (I applied mine online successfully 2 days ago, but if you know how long do I have to wait for them to inform me that it is “Lulus”)
-Did you use the drop box? (I have to leave Singapore in 2 months and I am worried about not being able to collect my new passport by then. I read that 4-5 weeks after submitting the online application, you can drop your documents in the Dropbox to request for appointment date. Let me know if you have any info)

For your information, I failed to apply online and that's why I change to use drop box. Due to my passport has already been expired, my waiting time would be within 3 working days (my actual appointment date would be 3 weeks+ once I got the lulus email~)
I heard that drop box no longer exists so far in 2022 not sure if this would be the latest update. If it's still available, please proceed to try drop box!!! It would be faster than waiting an email cuz I have been waiting more than 3 months at that time... 😟 However, one of the viewers said that people can grab a chance apply online on every midnight 00:00 maybe you can try in this way too?~

Hopefully it will happen soon. I checked the appointment system too, the current available date is in Late-May which is too late for me. yes there's a form at the entrance to fill up on the day I applied! However, due to the current sitation after JB-SG opened the border, Im not sure if this still availble. 🤧 Heard that online booking would be a safer choice!

Pay onli e or walk in payment during collecting passport
1. For current situation, only online appointment is available and the waiting time will depend on the date you have successfully booked. (The time I went, walk-in is allowed and the drop off waiting time + collecting passport would be abt 1-2months)
2. Online payment would be! (For the time I went, walk-in payment was available too but need to queue and it's time consuming tho 👀)

During collecting passport need Mykad I/c show officer..bcs my i/cost can i refer my Work Permit or photostat i/c
This Saturday going there ,the Gate is closed.I drop form Passport Extension Appoiment Guard Box. Going to the appoiment ,what should i do or take any document.

@@jamestomm3116 yuppp no guards will be there on weekends so you will just need to drop it into the box! For what you should bring, you may wait for the confirmation letter received~ (due to covid-19, I would not know if there's any changes!) However, normally would be the old passport and Malaysia IC. You can refer their website www.kln.gov.my/web/sgp_singapore/passport_renewal😇
You face like chinese, are you republic of china citizen, how you have a malaysia pasport, i so excited to know how you get it.
Im Malaysian Chinese, who born in Malaysia. That's why I got a Malaysia passport. 🤣
