The title song of B1A4’s 5th mini album, “SOLO DAY” was written in the perspective of singles, which shows B1A4’s bold comeback. In Korea, we use the term “Solo” to refer to non-couples, but in English speaking countries, they use the term “single”. However, the song “SOLO DAY” shows the maturing process of B1A4’s unique approach and understanding of what ‘solo’ generally means through their unique music.

B1A4の5ｔｈミニアルバムのタイトル曲「SOLO DAY」は、ソロに対する新たな視点を吹き入れ、彼らだけの表現で果敢に乗り出した。韓国ではよくカップルの反対意味としてSoloという概念を使っているが、英語圏の国ではSoloではなく、Singleと表現する。しかし、「SOLO DAY」は、Soloという既存の枠的な概念ではなく、B1A4が作っていく新たなコードで、軽快で気持ちの良いスタートであり、成熟する時間である。

일단 이 노래가 컨트리 풍으로 휘파람으로 시작하면서
뭔가 자유롭고 쾌활하고 활기차서 그런가
군대에서 남자 노래 뮤비(아이돌은 더더욱)는 쳐다도 안봤는데
노래가 매우 좋아서 계속 지금까지 줄곧 좋아한 노래.
자유 분방해서 전역을 애타게 갈급한 나에게 이 노래는 그나마 소소한 낙 중 하나였다.

That was the best B1A4 video I've ever seen! Jinyoung is my spirit animal.The girls face when she thought CNU was gonna kiss her but he just fixes the spoon and then when he leaves he fixes it again.And then Gongchan and the doggo and when the little baby crawls across the sand that was so cute.But the best part was when the UFO was there.When Baro turned around and it looked like he mouthed run the the UFO started sucking everything up.I lost it.I laughed til I couldn't breathe.Then when they are running away Gongchan gracfully leaps over Sandual and Baro trips over the ball.If you pause at 3:07, Baro and Sandual are on the ground a shopping cart flys acroos the beach then there's a frickin car and smashes the building.Then frickin CNU just stares at the UFO and Jinyoung had to drag him away.It's so hilarious.But at 4:10 Jinyoungs arm in really thin looking.I hope they are eating enough
