My guess is someone objecting to the use of an aquarium to get underwatershots with all the risks that entails for the kingfishers?

As great as the vid is I don't agree with the risk to the bird diving into an aquarium. If you love animals it's somthing to think about.
after +10.000 dives into this aquarium absolutely nothing happened. They fish in shallow, rocky streams.
