  • The U.S. Supreme Court voted 6 to 3 on Johnson vs. Grants Pass, allowing arrests or fining people for sleeping or camping on public property.

    Their dying on the streets, allowing them to continue living on the streets is not the answer.

    Supreme court has ruled that its now illegal too sleep lay down or rest or sleep outside.if your homeless now.this new law is in every state and city's across the United States of America now.folks seniors will be next.ok.fact.

    Love the reversal of Martin v Boise. That was such a federal overreach that scotus should decide time place and manner restrictions on public property.
    Homelessness should not be criminalized. But sleeping on public property when there are time restrictions is not criminalizing homelessness.

    Idaho is becoming a mean ugly state. They would like to see the people leave rather then build places for them to stay.
