Don't try this, it will cause an error in to your device and then you'll have to factory reset it. After that you have to again enter the ip address and password which you have to get from PTCL by calling 1218

I think PTCL have patched an update to block unknown source applications in their software. May be your device has updated version . The only way to bypass this is to use flash tools . There are some videos in TH-cam. But thats little bit advance method.
