I remember taking a trip to Sweden, and when we were boarding a sj, it didn’t fully fit in the platform
Are you from Sweden?
Witch country are you from
Awesome city dude! im in the process of buying and building all the modulars aswell as MOC a few right now to get mine up and running :)
Good MOC, but the end with the red lights needs to be going facing you when the train is moving away from you. Basically the red lights mean its the end of the train, like tail lights on a road vehicle
Yeah, I was a bit distracted by the logistics of filming, and from where I was standing I didn't really notice the lights. So when I started the editing I was like "Oops, hope no one will notice", but as you can see from previous comments some did notice! But that's the cool thing with high resolution video IMHO lol.
Make sure to smack that subscribe button. That really helps out. But I do appreciate comments even if you don't subscribe of course. Stay safe, dear adult fans of Lego. Best hobby in the world!
Nice. With the white color instead of grey it more looks like IC3 or IR4, not Øresundstog (I know they normally don’t run those in Sweden (at some point they were used to Ystad - for traffic to Bornholm))
I was thinking about Y2 (Kustpilen) that has red stripes on the sides (and blue). I like mixing up real world stuff with Lego’s colors. But with that said there’s a lot of realistic looking Mocs out there that are impressive.
I’m pretty sure the 60051 is a double decker and the 60050 is a single deck
Yeah, I think the platform at the station counts as a single deck for set 60050.
There is so much in this city!
The train itself, which reminds me of Masao Hidaka's mini 60051 Passenger Train, is a very nice touch. It could be used as a permanent commuter. Do you still have it? Or have your turned it into something else?
Thank you! The train is still in service in my town! I'm planning to build a cargo train soon.
@@Solbrick, that is great to learn about!
I am looking forward to seeing the cargo train run!
can you do that with lego 60197
That’s actually kinda what I have planned for that set, so yes! I hope to have that video out next week.
Is this the best time to add public mass transit? You know, with the potential to spread minifig-scale Covid-19 amongst your minifigs and all.
Yeah, but they have free healthcare. We estimate that only 2 % of them will die, so that will free up some apartments.
@@Solbrick This is true. Plus, the older, more valuable minifigs will find a place in the big Bricklink in the sky.
Have you seen Masao Hidaka's own version from two years ago ( th-cam.com/video/T0Daop8lCS8/w-d-xo.html )?
I have a problem. I love to work big. Watching you work small is messing with my mind. Keep it up.
I’m such a child of the 80’s scale. To me LEGO is just something super cute :)
