How about the “Win by committee” challenge. Make your starting 5 players mainly known for one aspect of the game (points,assists,rebounds,steals,blocks), and have them win a campionship
Bonus points: have 3 of the players lead the league in the category they specialize in
You should try to do a challenge where you can only use undrafted players and win a championship that would be a great video to watch.
VIDEO IDEA: Mix two NBA goats rookie versions in 2k and see if one of your creations becomes the next goat but here are the rules each creations has to be the same position for example ray Allen and Mj for SG or Wilt and Bill for center do this 3 or 2 times

15:24 From here I counted 9 tails in a row which had a 1 in 500 (~0.2% chance) of happening. Pretty cool for a KOT4Q video, but I've experienced a 1 in 20,000 (~0.005% chance) moment while drawing cards.

The Weak-by-Week Challenge:
Fantasy draft. Normal settings and sliders. 12 man rotation. The only way you can rebuild your team is by making one trade per week of the regular season (w/ trade deadline on, unless you wanna take it off for fun). At the end of each week, a trade must be done with whatever team scores the least amount of points against your team in a single game. You can do your own trades or randomize them, whichever you prefer. But you have to make a trade every week until the deadline (or until playoffs). The goal is to win a ring, restart entirely if you fail.

Idea: "Defense wins championships challenge"- rebuild a team to be the best defensive team & win multiple rings with them. Bonus have their defensive rating be under 100.
VIDEO IDEA: You should take the 2k rookie versions of 3 nba legends at the same position and combine them by taking the best atrubute to the biggest guy. For example for pg you could choose Magic curry and the glove so you have magic's size and passing while having GP's defense and curry shooting.

You got to take the current Chicago Bulls team and trade for 8 picks in next year's draft. The top 8 players on the bulls are untouchable. Then, draft or sign UDFAs for a total of 8 players from an autogenerated draft class based on how similar the players from the draft are to the top 8 players from the current Chicago bulls. Then put all the rookies in mentorship with their equivalent Bulls player, and see how many years it takes to win a chip for the Bulls with only those 8 auto-generated players in your rotation.
