Can I ask if you did anything to the canvas? Because mine come out very light and I’m told that is because the canvas is not at least 90% polyester. But most canvas are cotton and have some kind of layer over it so you can paint

I did not do anything to my canvas! This is dollar store canvas, however. More expensive canvas do often come pre-primed as you stated. That could be causing an issue

How did you get your image to not disappear when you clicked on pen in the cricket design space? I uploaded my image to design space and switched it from print and cut to pen and the image disappears. What I am doing wrong there? Thanks

I would try uploading it as a cut image, not print and cut!
