Ksamil Albania 🇦🇱 4K Albanian Riviera Walking Tour 2024

This is a walking tour in Ksamil, Albania which is part of the Albanian Riviera. Ksamil has been all over social media and is sometimes considered the Maldives of Europe. It is located in the southern coast of Albania just a few kilometers south of Saranda. It has stunning beaches with crystal-clear turquoise waters and has a cluster of small islands just off its shores which you can access by boat or even swim towards. This was taken in April in the off season so there are plenty of spaces around the beaches but during the high season in mid June to September it is a very busy place.

Albania far exceeded my expectations. Some of the most accommodating and helpful people, they really go out of their way for you. The food was the freshest I have had, everything really seemed like straight from the farm. Locals were saying it will change in a few years because of the influx of tourist and they most likely won't be able to keep up. The stunning coast and scenery was just an added bonus :). There is a ton of construction/renovation though, I expect in the next few years it will be closer to Croatia and Montenegro.
