I have always enjoyed watercolor renderings of glass objects and your painting is beautiful. I am enjoying your journey into the limited palette also. The paintings are so interesting when painted in this manner. Louise, your humor is something else. You can cause me to laugh out LOUD when no one else can! Thank you so much for your wonderful tutorials!
I’ve always been fascinated by watercolor renderings of glass and your painting is so beautiful! I’ve enjoyed your journey of mixing your colors and using a limited palette. The end result is amazing. And your humor always gets me laughing out LOUD! I was appreciative of the sound of that powerful rainstorm! Thank you for a great tutorial, as usual, Louise.
An excellent lesson, not just for the subject matter but for general painting tips as well. You are a painter I would aspire to be if I were younger and steadier of hand. And, thank you for your lessons free of music, slangy talk, and distracting personal information. You are the best.
Lifetime artist but just learning paint and use your vids exclusively almost. You're such a fantastic resource. Thanks so much for these beautiful, instructive videos
Another perfect explanation of exactly how to paint glass. It's a frightening subject, with all the various elipses and distortions, but you explained it so carefully it made it easy to understand what to look for, how to approach it and how to paint it. 🎨
I went to the shop on your site to see if you happened to have prints. I don't know why, but I am just so in love with this bit of plant in a glass. I think because it is relatively simple, it makes that watercolour glow stand out all the more.

Tipps from my teacher : You can put the old brush in soap OR Mix up a separate pot of water and add a good amount of soap, then swirl your brush in there to coat it with a protective layer. Dip into the masking fluid and apply to your paper as normal, washing the brush off really well before it starts to dry.
