Great video! 1v6 fights always require a little luck, and that bouncing betty was exactly it haha. I think the tip of “always keep moving” needs a little caveat - this doesn’t always work against teams with larger numbers. Even once you’ve knocked 3 or 4, it’s super easy, if you keep moving to allow for the res, turning a 1v2 or 1v3 back into a 1v6. As a solo in the heat of the moment it is easy to forget exactly where all the downed players are and before you know it you’re back where you started.
Overall, I would say, “Keep moving, but keep the enemies close”
If possible I always try to pick up some claymores or prox mines along with extra smokes for situations like this. Having extra lethals/tacticals has saved my skin a number of times.
I also personally don’t think sticking to that one building was a great idea. It worked out for you but all the other team would have needed to do is push from above and below at the same time and bam, you’re toast. Though I guess when you have a contract on your head there’s not a whole lot you can do because they can sort of track you regardless. Either way def appreciate this kind of content, it’s hard out here for us solo players!

My friend and I have been watching your instructional videos for a while now and applying what we call "claptics" to our DMZ matches. We've improved so much using what seems like obvious logic now to us since finding your channel. I've gotten so addicted to tactical gameplay now that I've been trying to find like-minded players and I CANT FIND ANYONE who wants to play like us. It's frustrating to say the least. Why aren't there more ElClaptains in the game! I just want to play with tactical players like El Claptain and it seems like everyone is just stunted.

When this happened to me, I lured them to the part of the map with the most AI at once, kept my head down while the AI was pushing them back, then escaped on a boat to the other side of the map with about a minute left. They were trapped there for the rest of the match. I don't know if they died there or they exfiled at some point but I never saw them again.

When İ engage in a gunfight with a platoon i usually can not finish the entire team. While 2 of them are comming after you one of the team will revive the others. İ've posted an encounter of my own where they smoked me at the end with the tufftuff.

Im going to admit I'm getting real sick of the hunt squads vs me as a solo. I was playing maz and I had b2b hunt squads after me. Just dumb
You gotta have a heart of a warrior mate no matter who hunts you, you take them on like fking Rambo, I hate when people run away from a fight that's why I play solo. Jumping in with randoms is the worst , 2 go down and the 3rd guy runs across the map to hide after all that running dies anyway. 😂

Usually if I get a six man I don't do hunt squads cause it's unfair most of the time six people pushing a three man

I was wondering why he didn't drop the case, he was a walking target. Players will start PvP once missions are done or get harder, right now most player's I met are all willing to assimilate but PvP will come again.

You have amazing skills but this game is very situational. It looks like you had a bit of luck by them not pushing the stairs all at once facing you head on and waiting behind each other to outgun you. This is what happens to me 99% of the time, and you cant exactly run cause youd be right in front of thei sight

I keep noticing in your videos that you use a selfie when knocked; but after you kill operators you never loot one to refill the selfie even when they have 3 or 4. Is there a reason that you don't loot a new one? This is Larsiny28 btw.
I deff dont know how you find all the enemy operators ??? It's like you go and take High ground and the next thing you know they'll be four or five teams that you find like almost immediately 🤷♂️ I do the same thing and I just sit there all game and don't ever find any operators maybe two out of ten games I ever come across in the operators but when I watch streams of different DMZ players it's just like there's teams everywhere all of a sudden how in the heck are you guys finding all of the teams I would love to know
Bot 6 man squad. My 1v6 consistent of simultaneously being pushed from three directions while being sniped from three angles.
I am just over the 6-man teams in this game. I played 4 games last night. I got molleywhopped by a 6-man team EVERY SINGLE GAME last night. I literally spent each game doing missions and finding stuff to barter to make a coms or stealth plate, only to eventually give that away to some chicken-shit player scared of his own shadow that can't win a fair fight. I am so over going up against a platoon of garbage operators every freakin game. I'm trying out Xdefiant tonight.
lots of luck here, not every team allow to 1v1 when fighting vs solo. Most of time they show up all as one like a meat truck. Playing solo since season 1
False. You need to force 1v1s. That is the key and a big part of success.

@@ElClaptain i mean there so much situations when you just fucked, and no big brain move would make a difference. When its chill like on ur video, it just a corner play. I do like surviving all that, but this was never all my job, they should make mistakes too. If they play smart and counter your repositioning, its never a win. In the end its a 1 v 6, so your chances always worse.

I agree 💯%. I often get in arguments with my teammates about what gun is the "meta" of the moment and what gun dmz youtubers are using. I tell them I don't give a sh*t. Your strategy of "location/rotation" will be beat any meta flavor of the month. 👍👏💪
I mean, Claptain is using a meta SMG, Vaznev melts at the range it was used in this clip lol
@@Sir_RebralSure, but the ISO is the true meta SMG right now, which at least one of those guys was using. And if they had actually even halfway decent teamwork they would have smoked him no matter what gun he was using. He was essentially stuck in that stairwell and for some reason they just pushed him one at a time. They didn’t lose because of their gun skill or what gun they were using, they lost because they were dumb.
@@hobojoe9717 i'm not trying to shit on Claptain, he definitely played it well but he got downed by one of them and would have been taken out if not for the proxi mine also knocking the other dude. There was definitely luck involved there and using a close range weapon as good as the Vasnev was a massive help. It's always been a top tier gun

Is there a good all-rounder build? The update made the AI ridiculously tanky and Players are super aggressive
i think ppl get to caught up in builds. i love my custom builds but you can wipe lobbies with a ground kastov smg and some flashes.

Can somebody please tell me where any of the weapon depots are on vondel ? I haven’t been able to find one orange crate one white crate like no crates ! I can’t find any loot , Cannot gear up on this map vondel is horrible ! The only way you’re going to gear up is the kill another player which is impossible because of the fog you can’t see nothing on this Map ! Seriously I would love for somebody to tell me where I can find an orange crates ???? I THINK THIS MAP IS ABSOLUTE ASS 💯! love the vids bro 🤙
