Another great success story. I remember Dr sarno told me "hogwash put your heels back on" after a surgeon told me I must have foot surgery asap and to wear orthotics.

Hey guys I just want to say happy new year to everybody and tell everyone this mind and body stuff really works. Today I had my first pain free walk after about 3yrs I say this to encourage everybody to push through and don’t give up. We just need to calm the nervous system and make time for relaxation. Thank you Dan for your daily videos you are really helping us

I needed to hear Agnes success story today! While I’ve been watching Dans daily videos for three years, I’ve found myself in a really dark place with symptoms returning with a vengeance. I saw the title of todays video and immediately was excited to watch it after seeing every single one of her diagnoses, especially scoliosis as I have recently been diagnosed with it. I do understand that no matter what symptoms we all deal with are TMS, listening to a success story with a history so like my own gives me encouragement. After watching this today I feel so much weight lifted, so much anxiety and fear alleviated! I’ve subscribed to Agnes instagram and am considering a call with her! Thank you Agnes and thank you Dan! I spend every morning watching your daily videos! I just need to get out of this slump and back to my life!

Im watching Twilight Zone marathon! Last episode had a Doctor seeing an ill man at home: “your problems are all manufactured between your ears - there’s nothing wrong with you”
Maybe we’re all stuck in the twilight zone

I have just come across your channel and it makes sense to me now: I have managed to reduce pain significantly, so much so that I don’t fit the criteria for fibromyalgia anymore.
The fatigue however has stayed. This is proving much harder to overcome. I’m about to lose my job and home which I could have coped with if I could still work and earn but it seems like catch 22. Any advice would be appreciated.
Is it common for people to feel better with a change of job and environment.

I loved this TMS story ! Those stories always conveys so much hope and optimism but I'm going to say something that I'm beggining to feel embaraced and ashamed to mention. I always feel depressed and very very guilty too when I finish to watch those stories...and I've been watching Dan's stories and videos for about 3 years now but I do believe I have something that I have never found anyone with this issue in the whole videos I looked for, that is, I have a - stenosis - NARROWING OF LUMBAR SPINAL. (sorry for the capital letters, is due to my anguish with this problem ). I have no back pain but after walking a short distance a numbness reaches the sciatica that radiates to the buttocks and lower limbs. I'm not going into more details because I feel very ashamed enough already whining about this. Nevertheless I ride a bike to go some places, do many kinds of exercises in the gym and with a private coach and swim a lot. But walking moderate distances was so good to my depression and today I can't anymore because walking a certain distance makes my legs get numness and in order not to seat and feel a faliure and a looser even more than I already feel - cause the right leg or both begin to hurt - and I have to slow down a lot and almost stop sometimes. Sometimes I'm able to walk longer but because the muscle heat up and therefore I don't feel the numbness so much. Maybe I look for a private coach in the net that works with TMS, since Dan doesn't do that anymore and pray for the best. Although I've already tried to use the method but I must be doing something wrong. There is a recomendation for surgery but I will never want to run this risk. Sorry for the long message but I had to let it out of my chest in a despair hope that Dan or somebody can tell me something that could give me a bleak, a beacon of hope. This was literally an anguished call for HELP ! Thanks for reading it and sorry for my english, cause is not my native language.

MANY people have stenosis and no symptoms. Have you taken the pain/symptom test and done the FIT assessment?
IsThisTMS.com - what do you score on the test?
How many of the FIT questions do you answer yes?

Hi, Dan its been awhile, things are still very much up and down, with me. Despite taking the test, several times, and having been in group and left, my symptons
volume levels have increased latley, im having trouble with anxiety of it all. I was feeling better, and left the group, and stopped watching your videos. Then, i moved again, get sick with the flu, and afterwards, the symptons come back more colorufl than they have in awhile. I start thinkg, maybe i have a pinched nerve? Maybe i have a bulging disc? And this is despite having mri's from years ago. But my symptons range is nutty right now. Nerve heat sensations, pins needles, pelvic tension, ear ache, some tinnitus, morning anxiety, sleeping muscle spasms. Even fatigue has gotten me at times
They shift flow in different ways, like a tag team of sensations.
I know this is alot, but for some reason i keep needing reinfocements of what is going. On.
Thank you and godbless you as always.

I don’t have a job and I’m not going anywheere in my life, I’m lost. This is what is fueling my pains and symptoms. I know that my pains are not real and I keep working out training going to the gym. But I am in pain everyday and my life is very hard for me. I feel like I am cutting away at the branches but aren’t addressing the root cause of my symptoms. But I can’t just find a goal or job for my life in ten seconds. Any help or advice?

    • @PainFreeYou
      @PainFreeYou  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

Many people don't have direction in their life. You don't need to fix your life to end your pain. Teach the brain that there is no need for the pains. th-cam.com/video/twNl7iv4K0Y/w-d-xo.html
Also, you don't need to figure out a grand life plan. Finding a job, any job can get you moving and productive. I've done at least a dozen jobs/careers before I got into teaching these concepts. Don't put pressure on yourself to pick the perfect job or goal. Just get moving. You can figure it out as you go. The pain IS real. They are just created by your brain.
