  • Chest/ Shoulders/ Triceps day at Metroflex!!
    Chest/ Shoulders/ Triceps:
    Warm up rotator cuff - 2 sets
    Bench press: 4 sets - 12/10/8/4
    Hammer Strength Incline: 4 sets - 12/12/10/10
    Cables: 4 sets x 12
    Decline press: 3 sets x 10
    OHP: 4 sets x 10
    Incline - Smith Machine: 4 x 10
    2nd Hammer Strength Incline (Different variation) - 3 x 12
    Flat bench Dumbbell: 1 x max out reps
    Tricep pull down E-Z bar wide grip: 4 sets x 12
    Hammer strength Tricep pushdown: 4 sets x 10
