Good on you thanks have run similar plant I found choke feeding jaw and watching for oversize into cone helpful throw O/s off belt best set chair and belts on off station at jaw head pulley really choke feeding cone will reduce mill feed hugely put wire basket on top and cut little door hatch each side for if it does bog if sound crazy but a little poly pipe frame shade cloth comfy seat run jaw belt feed over a slab of plastic set up metal detector pick rocks check for nuggets. And see everything it really is worth the effort even if it only stops cone damage from steel scrap could try running tails over carbon cleaning screen deck to reclaim water quick er but great effort it's a lot of tackle to be mobile

I am sorry this sounds like a poor investment money wise, not having access to water and a mining process that requires it is…. Insanity expecting to make more than the cost. It’s unstable at best income wise investment. A system not using water would have been better even if one had to invent it. Even with a perfect catch system recycling the water evaporation rates will kill the system.
