Awesome unit! Wondering if a 10-46 is referring to a patient or the wreck itself, meaning one wreck multiple victims, or multiple wrecks? Just outta curiosity. Nice catch anyway.
Both and if we have a single wreck we say"single 10-46" and if we have a multiple wreck's we say " multiple 10-46's" and if we have a wreck with no injuries we say a "10-45" if we have a fatal wreck we say "10-46 with a 10-47 (meaning fatality)
@@code3kentucky153 ahh gotcha. In my state an injury mva is signal (10) 82 I believe, if fatality, then 10-82, 10-30. I think. We don't use 10 codes at my department, and I'm still trying to learn PD codes 😂
@@code3kentucky153 😂🤣 Sounds about right! At my department, you'll get chewed out for using codes haha. But hey, congrats man, I started out as a cadet/Jr. graduated to an official firefighter only 3 months ago. Don't give up and never stop learning and you'll make it bud!
