I've been practicing being mean and malevolent to people, to compensate for all the years of being kind and compassionate (and taken advantage of!). It's working, and I feel I enjoy yelling at others, and surgically exposing their weaknesses! Matter of fact, it is making me in to a Dark Triad sort of character!
