  • The module ‘Money’ in the British Sign Language Level 1 Award will demonstrate to learners how to sign money. Learners will be introduced to gestures and hand movements to demonstrate the use of money. The module is a fun and effective way for learners to grasp the key concept of BSL as money as it’s integral to our day-to-day activities. By the completion of the module, learners will be fully proficient in signing how much and how to spend money.

The range of qualifications in BSL has led individuals towards qualified status as sign language interpreters or a career working with deaf people. Hi! Thank you for making these videos! I work in the customer service industry and one of my new customers is deaf and uses sign, so I wanted to learn so I can be more inclusive for him and any other people who use sign in future. I was wondering how you would sign higher prices like £17 or £170 since the number comes from the chin for single digit prices if that makes sense? But thank you, this video has been incredibly useful! :)
