Hard disagree. He's intentionally busted with a lot of overtuned tools that will be tuned down in coming patches. Like Medium Scissors. It will likely become less safe, have less pushback, or lead to less reward, and that will just be the tip of the iceberg. I said this about JP at launch, and people were saying, "Well, he's not as strong as everyone thinks."
