Cheating is untolerable even when it's cheating by one rupee.
The premium lounge service is the biggest scam, and it is becoming a major headache for students, and it's always better to collect in person if VFS is near by area...
No government authorities raise an enquiry on VfS malpractices for handling visas. Foreign Missions are not bothering on this as VFS treating the diplomatic officials/other staff with lucrative offers ( offers are not mentioned here due to security reason). Our Ministry of foreign affairs stood with these higjly profile people and ignore the poor indian visa aspirants. A proper guidelines must be given to vfs by indian government in order to avoid such scams done by vfs
VFS global is fraud, THUGS nest. I don't know why this process has to be ONLY through this looter company??? I know this company is owned by gujarati, but they are probably related to higher political figures, that's the reason they are so adamant or abusive without any fear.
Scam is happening everywhere in India. Be it VFS, IELTS or anything else. Whenever there is abroad journey included they will charges you extra money.

Same thing is happening in hyd vfs for turkey. We were told to get another paper and come within an hour, because of traffic we got late by 10 mins, it was a notarized paper they were asking for. Somehow we got the work done and reached in the best time possible, but 10mins late and they said no problem, you can take another appointment, but we said we don't have that much time since travel date is close, they are like 'okay then you can walk in tomorrow pay 15000 plus some visa charges and we'll take care to fastrack the process'. We said no,we were just late by 10mins and made a few calls to people, then they took us for the biometrics.
Either way,after this video I checked my receipt and I have been charged 350 rupees for courier insurance.

Mandatory courier- No one in India charges these high courier charges.
They charge 150 rupees for print out if some document is missing (Xerox is still rs2 )
SMS 350 rupee (you get same update on email and website)
To me it is absolutely ridiculous to apply for a visa through a third party. What I don’t understand why embassy is working with such fraud companies.

it is not about negative thing, aapki is experience se other people will know that they are being scamed and in our area passport office is also making the same thing by giving the passport cover worth rs 500 and every customer has to pay, when people argue they said "ab to bill cat gaya hai" aapko dena padega.

Not just Courier and Courier assurance money they took your Visa fee too because if you case is not submitted then embassy will not charge you anything .
If your application will be submitted and they charge you then they will mail you and ask for more documents to be submitted in VFS on Refference No. Otherwise they will issue you Visa or Refused Letter with Passport.
Navankur Bhai, Now new body has been established for Russian Visa for Indians named as " Russia Visa Center" . You can't apply through VFS Global if you're applying for Russian Visa. VFS Global don't work on Russia related visa tasks now. You need to apply via Russia Visa center only. Previous price for Russian Visa was - ₹ 2400 ( VFS Global) Now after COVID19 It's ₹ 8,300 ( Russia Visa Center). I am an engineering student in St. Petersburg Russia and got an appointment on 30/09/2021. Getting an appointment is absolutely very tough

The same happened with me for a German visa at VFS Germany... I had to call and email them every day and then I received the amount which was not even the full amount. It took 4 months for them to return back the visa fee!! Really very unprofessional.
Submit a written complaint to PMO. You will get an acknowledgement from PMO and VFS will call you and refund your money. Guaranteed....Just don't be afraid to complain. Best luck.

Same happened with me... While giving biometrics for Canadian Visa, they charged around 3000 more INR on the name of premium lounge... And what was the service?? Only few cold drinks and biscuits were kept in front of you...
And they claimed that in premium lounge they will make the process faster. But there was no difference. Totally Fraud and scam.
Hello, how many days it takes biometrics for canada to update on gc key portal ? I had given my biometrics on 26 july 2022 and its been 7 days but its still not updated after availing for premium lounge service of 3380 INR. please let me know.

VFS staff was worst
They deducted my application two times.
While booking a slot I have did payment, but their staff don't know that slot Booking time customer will pay service charges, again deducted when I was in VFS center.
Nor they respond mails, because this issue I missed my flight again booked new itenary tickets
And I need to submit additional documents
In delhi one can submit docs through post only, & one can not collect visa, docs in person, it's shipped by vfs global to one's address.

Exactly. My husband applied in Mumbai 3 days back they didn't ask for 770/ but VFS Kolkata asked 770/ from me and told it is compulsory!!!
Same thing happened with me,they didn't not delivered my passport and also not refund my courier charges
3:18मुझे वीसा पासपोर्ट आदि बहुत सारी बातें समझ नहीं आती । पर जहां तक यह वाली बात है मुझे यह समझ आया कि अगर आपकी application approve हो जाती तो आपकी application आपके पास वापस नहीं आती और आपकी application ये लोग France भेज देते । चुंकि आपकी application approve नहीं हुई तो आपकी application France गई ही नहीं । तो उन्हें आपकी application आपको courier के द्वारा आपको वापस दे देनी चाहिए थी । पर उन्होंने ऐसा नहीं किया । आपको खुद physically जा कर लानी पड़ी । तो courier के पैसे आपको उसी समय वापस मिल जाने चाहिए थे । यही बात है न ? ऊपर से assurance के नाम पर जो 770₹ अतिरिक्त ले लिया गया था आप से वो भी आपको वापस नहीं दिया उन्होंने । Please correct me if I am wrong.
VFS Global is selling per Poland’s appointment from $800 to $1500 for the Bangladeshi applicants. They directly involved in this crimes. Their service should be banned soon.

Thank you for sharing the facts so blatantly. My mother made a horrible experience this morning at vfs Kolkata. She was made to wait almost 5 hours because she did not take the "premium" lounge service. I am not sure what can even be done to stop this scam. How did it even come this far.
I am also going to write to State vigilance bureau of India. I request each one of you to start writing the embassies to avoid us to pay extra

in muscat/ oman i experience same..1 priority visa came after 3 weeks ,after decision they kept themself not couried thn we visited offc n collected visa..they saved RO 6 ( INR 1200) in one shot...

Recently i also had a very bad experience at vfs mumbai, very unprofessional staff. Now its 788 rupees for courier charges
Canada embassey mei n 13500 vfs pay kiya maine parso. Wahan bhi same issue tha time limit deh deh embassey ne or appointment slots not available 4000 ke premium service ke 13500deh ke aya hoon... !!!
They also force you to give your fresh photos from their kiosk inside and that charge is much higher. They will say that your photos which you brought earlier are not correct.
I blasted at them for the photo scam they were doing!! I took photo as per the requirements of embassy, but VFS have there own requirements!!

I didn't get VFS visit appointment to submit application even looking for it for one year.
Appointment cancel due to covid , they told tell reference no , when I call them.
At the end I paid 20,000 they did not return my mone.

Bhai mai bhi poland visa ke liye late hooo gaya tha due to traffic issue muje total 11118rs barne pade mera appointment 11 baje ka tha and i reached by 12 in the afternoon
Same happen with me i went for bio metric in chandigarh i was late for 30 min they told me free slot is not available because you are late , and they charge for premium service and told me only premium service slot available now. Vfs scamming ever where

Ye to bahaut chota scam hai.. mera student visa delay ho gaya jabki maine priority service me 55000 rupee diye, mje next immediate day mail kardiya k apki application bot straight forward hai aur ab application standard basis pe deal ki jayegi. Matlab mere 55000 rs ka saaf fraud kardiya wo b non refundable

My horrible experience: My train which was supposed to reach at 4 am , reached at 11.40 am. And my appointment was at 12. I somehow reached at 12.25. they forced me to take premium service. Though i was the only one for that particular country that time. The lady who was taking my documents did not even see my application and was asking for documents which doesnt even apply for my employment status which was student ! She was adding courier charges also, which i had already paid during appointment booking. It took just 10 mins for her. She didnt even introduced herself or said hi or any greetings. Treated me like i m some culprit. While others were asked refreshments. I had to myself tell them that i have been travelling for more than 20 hours and ran here. Kindly atleast give me some refreshments ( which they advertise for premium service) and i received a pani wali, ittu s milk powder ki chae aur 1 biscuit. Literally 1 biscuit !! They charged 3050 for this !

We would like to inform you that you may visit the Delhi VFS center to collect the passport, as per Embassy guidelines customer has to come to the VFS center to sign the document which is attached to the passport due to this we wouldn’t courier the passport.

Same was with me. I visited VFS Office and I requested them to remove courier assurance charges. Why would I pay for Extra and that of 700 Rupees that's a huge amount.

Got scammed and charged for services like notification which I clearly didn't want. Then the cash counter didn't even return the change. When I said I don't want your optional service the agent said "it's compulsory, I have added the service, I can't change it now. Pay the amount at cash counters and come back".

I'm Kritika here, I have applied for blue card Zav pre-approved visa category in Mumbai India. On 11th Nov with my Husband and son as a dependent. On Friday I suddenly got an email that we need to pay 45000 embassy for document verification. We have a flight on 25th Nov and joining date is 1st Dec. And also, we had submitted the marriage certificate 4 months back and German Embassy approved it. Now why again this they are asking?
