Just a correction on the term Bob, it was not named after a Blackadder character, it is an acronym for a number of computer terms including Branch on Bug and was used in image object mapping. I used to use this term in the late 80's and early 90's when I was programming at Kodak.
O right I remember Michael Benyear the voice actor for Bob just liked the name wither it was a computer acronym or a Blackadder nickname he liked the name and said I'm a Bob and thus we get his name
Fun Fact: Reboot DID have an ending ... in comics. There was a comic book series made that tied up Megabyte's takeover and afterwards. It even brought back the Codermaster idea from Season 1.
It wasn’t that bad as a sentai / power rangers / tokusatsu series but it’s the fact it’s based on reboot really hurt it; it could’ve been called anything else and as a superhero / sentai type series it would’ve been passable.
Very disappointed that we didn't get to hear the new voice of Megabyte. Tony Roy was so essential to both the character and the series that I was really curious to hear how closely they reproduced him. This means you've forced me to have to try to find an episode and watch at least a bit of it. And, I know there was a very brief video clip, but how did you manage to go through this whole thing without actually mentioning Power Rangers? Also, was that Steve Zahn as Incel?
I wish you could have seen the show when it first aired it was fn mind-blowing. I'd never seen anything like it. The first episode is great. Someone is upscaling the show to 4k apparently.
This.... This hurt me... But at least I know now. I saw the commercial and just said "NOOOOPE" I own the original on dvd and.... oh god. But seriously: If they were going to do a "Let's get some young humans with attitude and recruit them to help with the evils of the internet through this game-like medium" thing... At least pick some actual gamer tropes that are friggen awesome: Like... imagine they used a speedrunner, a glitch hunter (maybe give them a cute tasbot mascot?), a game lore master (maybe doubles as youtuber?) and have them led by an e-sports pro who's original team just fell apart. Like... That would have some interesting dynamics and also teach the audience about some of the finer nuances of gaming in general. Plus if we're having these 'users' interacting with sprites, make them react as if they're talking to Gods. Or at the least freaking the balls out, as they could destroy and build digital worlds on a whim. ... I could go in more detail but.... yeah. There is a world of potential and none of it was tapped into.
Your characters sound INFINIETLY more interesting than what we actually got. I just wished we got the spites and binomes, cuz not only they would've provided some good humor, but also would feel like they're is something to defend in the cyber world.

Big cheers from an old Reboot fan of the show for your work here and even bigger cheers towards your awesome sense of humor and good ole fun you having throwing more crap into the Guardian Code trashfire! Love mention of small things like how massively unforgettable the main characters are and showcasing both the good/bad even with the old show! I feel it 1000% about the live action angle and most of all the scrapping of mostly ALL the characters that made the original the charming show that it was. Won't even touch that """"fanservice episode,""""" even just the clips and the USER dude hurts the soul. o_0 Yo, that whole MP4orce thing..........wow.........just wow. Reboot the guardian code I can say this everybody looks like garbage except for hexadecimal she looks awesome at least they never screwed up on her character look like megabytes although I'm wondering they brought her back from the dead very nice ?? I thought she was deleted in season 4 I'm guessing that part was erased like nothing never happened but it's great to see her back also to have the old voice actors to play their part to come back especially that new voice actor who plays megabyte he nailed it except for when he raises his voice he sounds kind of different I miss Tony Jay rest in peace he was the best voice actor of megabyte of all time.....Bob Enzo and Dot looks like Fake Plastic mannequin toys that you buy in a freaking shop the animation and quality looks like crap low budget series why couldn't they just stick to the original and continue from season 4 when megabyte took over the principal office and made an ending from there if they would adjust finish the series instead of that damn Cliffhanger at the end I would have looked past all of this crap but now it makes it even worse that they will never be able to finish the season finale Cliffhanger season 4 obviously the people who pick this show up only watched the first season they never watched the other three seasons ?? Why this is sad and disappointing and for some reason most of all the other characters are absent like everything in the past has just been erased and also what's a slap in the face they only give us one episode of Bob Dot and Enzo yeah you guys can stick to the original let's just shove everything underneath the rug but instead they give us future Power Rangers fighting in computer space and VR Troopers also Code Lyoko high school kids people going into computers those ideas already been done so many times what you guys can't think of anything else give us what we want the audience hopefully in the near future somebody else can continuation of season 4 and look past this trash
