How do you keep your glitter from looking streaky? After I use the poly and apply glitter, as I start to swirl my jar, but am noticing there's a line where I stop and being swirling. If that makes any sense. I can upload a pic, also.

How long does it take for the polycrilic to dry? And do you wait to do the sealant? I have been trying to do similar items for my wedding and they keep coming out streaky or clumpy with mod Podge or loctite

HI Holli! I sprayed the Rustoleum 2x Crystal Clear in my jar at the end and it's left a strong odor which is still there 1 1/2 weeks later. I've been setting the jar on the back porch to try to clear the odor but it's not helping. Any tips on how to make it go away? Can I strip it all with paint thinner and just start over and maybe not use the Crystal Clear? Thank you so much!
Try putting it in a closeable bag with a couple briquettes of charcoal and some epsom salt for a couple days.

there are alot of the same questions about sealing this. You put one coat and thats it? It looks like you would run the risk of it all coming out after using over a period of time

No you can't bake Polycrylic
OMG I am SUPER OCD with numbers! I can’t do odd number at all! They call my CRAZY at work because of it.

Done this before. You should keep them on a cuptisserie or the polycrylic will streak down the sides of the jar.
Gentry Carter no need for spinning for poly, just turn upside down on a paper towel to drain before applying glitter :)
