The bts of their recording for this song is so simple but so complex at the same time, it’s so good. You can literally each unique layering.

Spicy was a result of an improvised last-minute plan-b comeback after all the SM downfall and all the drama and sh!t. that's why the production was a bit messy but still it has a concept.
You don't need to bring another group down. If you don't like their songs it's okay. But no need to compare. They are two very hard working groups that deserve respect .
Hearing the song the first few times it was alright, but after many times I lost a lot of interest in the song... if you hear the song without seeing the video, it sounds like Ariana Grande singing, and it’s just way too repetitive it got meh, and mostly because this isn’t the Aespa style so it throws it off so much... and the auto tune after a while just makes it worse sadly.. so now I would say this is the worst song from Aespa and shame on SM for making it since the girls don’t write music or lyrics.. I have skipped the song lately when it plays on Spotify because I just don’t want to hear it for like a year and then I’ll probably hear it again.. I love Aespa but not this... it’s awful now. Sorry stans but as a music enthusiast, it’s awful now and not creative at all from whoever was responsible to making it.
