I am completing 78 and my wife 72. We applied for Senior Citizen card about 12 years. We are issued Sr Citizen card. We are using during journey. Do we have to apply fresh ?

Applied for it in portal online on 3rd September23, status show as initiated with respective department and even after 15 days no senior citizen card is either received, please inform provide details of link how to apply for Indira Gandhi / Rajiv Gandhi pension scheme to claim INR 1200/-pm
Sir presentation is very good but there is no benefit from this card because I went for a major surgery just 2 months back nobody will accept this card
