Do you have any information on this march? What I know about the regiment is that it was a majority Romanian regiment from Bistritz/Bistrița and the beginning of the march sounds eerily similar to the Romanian march "Drum bun", which was composed around 1861, so it should have been available when this march was composed I guess. Search for it on TH-cam, especially for the instrumental version. The KuK authorities even let Romanian regiments fly the Romanian flag when WW1 started, to boost their morale, so having a march inspired by a Romanian march for a KuK regiment made mostly out of Romanians wouldn't seem so far-fetched.
