the plan of salvation is the best lesson i always remember when the missionaries came to teach me. I remember the moments i refused to be baptised but this lesson change my life when they taught me that i am here on earth for the purpose of returning back home to my heavenly Father and that after this life we will gain eternal life my life doesn’t started here on earth and not ending here one earth. Not everyone had the opportunity to hear that we should repent to God of our sins. Thankfully, we will have the equal opportunity to repent of our sins after we die if we didn't get the chance to hear the message of repentance and following God's commandments.

I am also a Christian. I think thats an awesome question! What does happen after this life? This is what I believe and testify, you can decide for yourself if it is true or not. We can ask God all of our questions One of my favorite scriptures from the Bible King James version is in James 1:5-6 5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. "6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed." I love this because if we ask in faith to God our questions he will answer! He has answered my prayers many times! Over serious things (whether I have been Forgiven for sin) and over little things (finding lost items) I testify that God loves all people we are his Children and he wishes hear from us! It can be hard to start that faith but if we but have a desire to believe we can let it work in us and grow. And if it is so little as little as a mustard seed. Matthew 17:20 20 "And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." With faith we can move mountains (problems) in our lives. Because God loves us he has a plan for us he knew us before this life (jerimiah 1:5) and he sent us to this earth so we could be happy like him and after this life we can return to him and be with our families forever! God created the plan of salvation. It’s hard to be like him and hope god doesn’t dictate people around the whole world and doesn’t sent us to hell. When I die, please don’t sent me to hell. I served an honorable full time mission in Salt Lake City for a year and another year serving in the Gilbert & Mesa ROC. I served the best I could.
I was balling my eyes out while watching this video I don’t know why but it was a wonderful reminder of why my heavenly loves me and each and everyone of us but as I was watching this video, my little sister who recently got baptised told me that she wouldn’t make it to heaven, in these exact words she said “I believe in Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father but I don’t go to church and I don’t say my prayer or read my scriptures” I felt the spirit tell me, teach her what to do. So I’ve decided that from this day onwards both me and her will both read a scripture verse and say our prayers together❤

the plan of salvation has always had a special place in my mind because it answers questions everyone asks. it strengthens my testimony of this gospel because it tells/shows that i will be with both my heavenly father and my earthly father again. i'm grateful for the resources we have today that still lets us learn and teach. and i'm grateful for this gospel which is true.
"The Truth Shall Set You Free" When I read the Book of Mormon and prayed for validation of Joseph Smith's vision...it hit me with a charge of energy that bolted me up. I like this idea. Other christians say if you made a mistake there is no repentance after death and we go straight to hell if we are not found in the book of life. It makes death scary. But to be thought about Jesus in the underworld and then allowed to leave the underworld to take part of the happiness in paradise is great. I know so many family members who died and loved god and I know now in peace that they are learning the gospel and will go to paradise and rest until God calls us home again. But i'm still scared though.

We study the words of ancient prophets that teach us this, including scripture from the Bible, and we have been taught by modern prophets as well. A Man who didnt received the gospel and ordinances such as baptism ,When he died the spirit will go spirit the world , the missionary work or preaching of the gospel is continued there . Many accepted and repented for their sins but the problem is they cannot perform the baptism. That's why The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints had ordinace for baptism for dead or as proxy . It will done only in the Temple. I truely love how this church work for and give a chance to our ancestors who died that didnt receive the gospel of Jesus Christ and wasnt able to be baptize. Greetings! It doesn't seem to square with the Bible. The LDS plan of salvation is about us going to Earth. The Bible plan of salvation is about restoring the image of God which was list when Adam fell. Huge discrepancy between the two.

Gaining a body and using our moral agency to choose to follow the Savior are crucial parts of the Plan, but the objective is found in Moses 1:39, which is quoted early in this video: "For behold, this is my work and my glory-to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man." The Lord's words there highlight a difference between mere immortality and eternal life; eternal life is to truly know God by becoming like Him through the grace of Christ. The Bible tells us some of the Plan of Salvation, but other scripture and the words of living prophets tell us even more.

I have so many questions! As a daughter of the Heavenly Father, I yearn for the knowledge of this! My first question: if people die before us, where are they before the resurrection of our souls? My second question: my brother died before me, if I die before the Lord’s time, am I allowed to ask God to be with my brother in which kingdom he resides once the resurrection comes?

After, yes, but "right after" is definitely not the case for many and probably most people. We read that between Jesus' death and resurrection, He went to preach to spirits of the dead (1 Peter 3:19 and 4:6); such teaching comes before judgment, thus giving people the opportunity to respond to it by either accepting or rejecting the gospel of Christ.
I did many bad things happen in the past. I got kicked out of my elementary school because I kept running away and kicking my teacher, when I was on my service mission in Salt Lake City, my mission president is being mean to me for the mistakes I did but got an honorable release for serving a 1 year full time mission in Salt Lake City. I felt so sad and worried about what would happen to me after I die. I did many good things like getting my high school diploma, got a writing contest from my elementary school, got two missionary plaques for serving full time honorable missions, got really good for playing my guitar, and taking my own names out to any temple in Arizona. Lord, please don't send me to hell. Hope I did my best to do good and go straight to heaven. What is my final judgment of my life?

It can be difficult sometimes to know if God is happy with how we are living our lives. No body does anything perfect, but we don't have to, because of the grace of Jesus Christ, we can become beautiful creatures, and can live with him forever! You and I will do our best to show God we love him, and that is good enough.
Don't worry about what others say brother, focus on Jesus Christ brother. We live in the end times foretold by ancient prophets & they spoke of our day. Truthfully, imperfections are not limited to only those outside of the Church, every single person on earth is imperfect however just because others say thing's that are not kind doesn't mean what they say is true. I'm not sure why the mission president did that to you however take courage & be at peace knowing that Jesus Christ is your Lord & through sincere repentance your mistakes are wiped clean as if you never committed the sin. God & the Lamb is our focus brother, they are far more merciful than we know.

THIS is the only church that believes that people who did not have a chance to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ...do NOT go straight to Hell. Ask any Christian church...where do people go who never had a chance to hear the gospel, where do they go when they die? Millions lived and died before Christ was born, and many lived in areas of the world where they had no chance to hear or know.
That's a misconception. There are plenty of Christians that don't believe that. SDA understand that those who have never heard the name of Jesus can still receive the gift of eternal life.

When we go back to the spirit world we are not waiting we are learning and repenting and becoming like our heavenly parents😊

It a blessing for me to be part of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints.
God created the plan of salvation. It’s hard to be like him and hope god doesn’t dictate people around the whole world and doesn’t sent us to hell. When I die, please don’t sent me to hell. I served an honorable full time mission in Salt Lake City for a year and another year serving in the Gilbert & Mesa ROC. I served the best I could.
I was balling my eyes out while watching this video I don’t know why but it was a wonderful reminder of why my heavenly loves me and each and everyone of us but as I was watching this video, my little sister who recently got baptised told me that she wouldn’t make it to heaven, in these exact words she said “I believe in Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father but I don’t go to church and I don’t say my prayer or read my scriptures” I felt the spirit tell me, teach her what to do. So I’ve decided that from this day onwards both me and her will both read a scripture verse and say our prayers together❤

the plan of salvation has always had a special place in my mind because it answers questions everyone asks. it strengthens my testimony of this gospel because it tells/shows that i will be with both my heavenly father and my earthly father again. i'm grateful for the resources we have today that still lets us learn and teach. and i'm grateful for this gospel which is true.

"The Truth Shall Set You Free" When I read the Book of Mormon and prayed for validation of Joseph Smith's vision...it hit me with a charge of energy that bolted me up. I like this idea. Other christians say if you made a mistake there is no repentance after death and we go straight to hell if we are not found in the book of life. It makes death scary. But to be thought about Jesus in the underworld and then allowed to leave the underworld to take part of the happiness in paradise is great. I know so many family members who died and loved god and I know now in peace that they are learning the gospel and will go to paradise and rest until God calls us home again. But i'm still scared though.

We study the words of ancient prophets that teach us this, including scripture from the Bible, and we have been taught by modern prophets as well. I was confused because I knew you could repent in the after life but didn’t exactly know how it worked, thank you for clearing that up!
A Man who didnt received the gospel and ordinances such as baptism ,When he died the spirit will go spirit the world , the missionary work or preaching of the gospel is continued there . Many accepted and repented for their sins but the problem is they cannot perform the baptism. That's why The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints had ordinace for baptism for dead or as proxy . It will done only in the Temple. I truely love how this church work for and give a chance to our ancestors who died that didnt receive the gospel of Jesus Christ and wasnt able to be baptize. I know that the Jesus of Christ of Latters Saints is true . Amen

Greetings! It doesn't seem to square with the Bible. The LDS plan of salvation is about us going to Earth. The Bible plan of salvation is about restoring the image of God which was list when Adam fell. Huge discrepancy between the two.

Gaining a body and using our moral agency to choose to follow the Savior are crucial parts of the Plan, but the objective is found in Moses 1:39, which is quoted early in this video: "For behold, this is my work and my glory-to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man." The Lord's words there highlight a difference between mere immortality and eternal life; eternal life is to truly know God by becoming like Him through the grace of Christ. The Bible tells us some of the Plan of Salvation, but other scripture and the words of living prophets tell us even more.

I have so many questions! As a daughter of the Heavenly Father, I yearn for the knowledge of this!
My first question: if people die before us, where are they before the resurrection of our souls?
My second question: my brother died before me, if I die before the Lord’s time, am I allowed to ask God to be with my brother in which kingdom he resides once the resurrection comes?

Hebrew 9:27: it's is appointed for everyone to die once and right after that comes judgement.
After, yes, but "right after" is definitely not the case for many and probably most people. We read that between Jesus' death and resurrection, He went to preach to spirits of the dead (1 Peter 3:19 and 4:6); such teaching comes before judgment, thus giving people the opportunity to respond to it by either accepting or rejecting the gospel of Christ.
I did many bad things happen in the past. I got kicked out of my elementary school because I kept running away and kicking my teacher, when I was on my service mission in Salt Lake City, my mission president is being mean to me for the mistakes I did but got an honorable release for serving a 1 year full time mission in Salt Lake City. I felt so sad and worried about what would happen to me after I die. I did many good things like getting my high school diploma, got a writing contest from my elementary school, got two missionary plaques for serving full time honorable missions, got really good for playing my guitar, and taking my own names out to any temple in Arizona. Lord, please don't send me to hell. Hope I did my best to do good and go straight to heaven. What is my final judgment of my life?

God bless you Brother! Life can be very hard, but Jesus Christ loves you a ton, and will help you to be able to live with him again! It can be difficult sometimes to know if God is happy with how we are living our lives. No body does anything perfect, but we don't have to, because of the grace of Jesus Christ, we can become beautiful creatures, and can live with him forever! You and I will do our best to show God we love him, and that is good enough.
Don't worry about what others say brother, focus on Jesus Christ brother. We live in the end times foretold by ancient prophets & they spoke of our day. Truthfully, imperfections are not limited to only those outside of the Church, every single person on earth is imperfect however just because others say thing's that are not kind doesn't mean what they say is true. I'm not sure why the mission president did that to you however take courage & be at peace knowing that Jesus Christ is your Lord & through sincere repentance your mistakes are wiped clean as if you never committed the sin. God & the Lamb is our focus brother, they are far more merciful than we know.

THIS is the only church that believes that people who did not have a chance to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ...do NOT go straight to Hell.
Ask any Christian church...where do people go who never had a chance to hear the gospel, where do they go when they die? Millions lived and died before Christ was born, and many lived in areas of the world where they had no chance to hear or know.
That's a misconception. There are plenty of Christians that don't believe that. SDA understand that those who have never heard the name of Jesus can still receive the gift of eternal life.
