    150 ml warm milk /3.5%/
    10g dried yeast =/2 small spoons/
    550g plain flour
    120g powdered sugar
    2x vanilla sugar
    120g dried raisins / larger dark ones/
    120g dried raisins / smaller light ones/
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 egg /M/
    2 egg yolks
    1 spoonful of lemon juice
    200g butter /softened/
    Next, we will need:📌
    150g marzipan
    50g melted butter
    baking dish / 28 x 18cm/
    Procedure: 📌
    dissolve the dried yeast in warm milk
    gradually add: plain flour, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins to a larger bowl,
    ground cinnamon, yeast dissolved in milk, egg, yolk, lemon juice and butter.
    make the dough / if the dough is sticky, add a little flour/
    let the dough rise for 30 minutes
    grease the baking form with melted butter
    we make the marzipan into a cylinder shape
    lightly flour the work surface
    transfer the dough to the work surface and knead gently
    shape the dough into a rectangle with our hands and insert the marzipan
    we roll up
    put it in the prepared mold and let it rise for another 30 minutes
    bake the leavened cake at a temperature of 170°C for about 50 minutes
    when baked, brush with melted butter while still hot and let cool
    sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar and cut it
