I feel like I'm growing along with Ben as I'm learning to find joy in my everyday life. This album hits hard. And to top it off where do you find better dad's vibes!! Not possible. Saw him in 2016 and now 6 years later I get to see him again, can't wait for the best album yet!
Ben Rector always has a talent for the slower paced songs and I love it! Hope to get some similar to forever like that on the new album too! Love this song Ben! Come to Florida sometime soon so we can hear it live!
Met my now fiancé when we were both kids in high school. We were great friends then but went our separate ways for years. Both going through really traumatic parts of life and "love". 10+ years later we found ourselves living in the same city and soon after started dating. 2 years later we are set to be married. In life, the greatest things aren't always the spectacular. They aren't always the thing people shine a light on to bring attention to it. Some times, all you need is steady love.
I saw Ben in Utah in concert and now I get to see him this year in Raleigh. I can’t wait!! Ben your music has helped me through so many tough times over the years. This album came when I needed it most after recently becoming a single mom. Your songs feel like home. I listen to them on good days and bad days and they make everything better. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. Your music has been a big part of my life.
This guy is still making music I'm just living my life set to the tune Thank you Ben, many more years, unfortunate mistakes, happy victorys, new loves and old regrets to come
My fiance and I were best friends in high school and danced around our feelings for 2 years to not ruin our friendship. We both dated others but that just felt so wrong, so we confessed our feelings. 5 years later, he proposed to me with this song in the background. I cry every time because I know how meaningful it is to him. I'm his steady love, and he's mine. Thank you for the beautiful song :)
I was in the front row at a small concert he put on in my college town in 2012, then walked down the aisle to one of his songs in 2019. He has found his way into so many seasons of our lives and that’s what makes him so special 💓
Loving every song in this album! Ben always hits all the feels and nostalgia and that’s why he’s my favorite! It’s pretty adorable hearing his music evolve now that he’s a family man too. Amazing voice on top of that. Thank you Ben! Can’t wait to see you in ATL in June!
In a way, this song feels like a continuation of Kids from the Magic album, but it might just be because the lyrics are based around the same topic of getting older. Fantastic song regardless. Looking forward to the rest of the album too, there are some real bangers in it so far.
@ben I love new song! just wanted to let you know that the link in the caption is linking to a different artist. can't wait to hear the rest of the album! 😊
To hoopesfamily…. Literally, stop. Ben Rector is one of the most honest, down to earth, and frankly the most openly human celebrity you’ll ever meet. Sure, you may not like the song, but don’t discredit the unseen work that he puts into making fans like you happy.

See you in Denver Ben!! My wife and I are coming down from Rapid City, South Dakota. Can’t wait to see you live again!
First! I love this new song!
❤
Great song for a dance
🔥
Nice song, just wish the piano was recorded better :(
Another mediocre song from what is shaping up to be a complete dud of an album. Really disappointing given the strength of the 2020-21 singles. :(
