I love these line of 'motorized flip-top' boomboxes from Panasonic. I own the the RX-ED-707 since Jan 2000, 13 years and still going strong. the elastic rubber bands for the tape (cassette) decks have dry rot however, they still work. A true 'classic' item if you ask me. My model has a single super woofer however earlier models carried 'dual sub-woofers,' which means you get a nicer sounding low frequency response from those. Great job Panasonic. Thank you for being 'slightly ahead of our time.'
I have a mint dt.75 hardly used,it looks as if I bought it yesterday,but the backlight has never lit up since new,I dont know whether its bcuz its the uk version,help plz.neil.
Hello davy, I think its because mines the uk version, I looked online and in the manual, and theres no reference to the cobra top being illuminated, but I have seen this model with orange backlight.this is still the best portable ever produced.

kickass boombox i just got one today but cant figure out how to get the aux to play. i got my mp3 player plugged into the aux input but no sound and there seems to be no button for AUX and it didnt come with a remote...... anyone got any ideas?

i jace this for 22 yrs and still working. one of the best buy of my life :) only sometimes I have issues with laser and front panel buttons.

新品で購入されたのでしたらバックライトが点灯しないはずはありません。もう30年以上前の製品ですので使い続けるためにジャンク品をストックしていて、切れた時に生きているコブラトップのものを外して交換しました。因みにRX-DT95のバックライトは青色です。

ありません。純正リモコンの品番はRAK-RX103WHです。このリモコンがないとコブラトップのセンサー解除と外部入力の切り替えができません。

RX-DT75でAUXを使用するには純正リモコン(RAK-RX103WH)がないとその切り替えができません。私は日本在住ですがもう30年以上も前の製品ですのでもしあってもかなり高額であり入手困難になっています。
