Literally i am saying if you have any kind of depression, anxiety disorder... anything then the most helpful thing is doing BHAKTI you will not need any therapy just remember PRABHU JI with pure love once in a while and you will see your anxiety and depression getting disappeared. The only thing you have to do in depression is to surround yourself with positivity, postive people your supporters, positive thoughts and yes SHREE PRABHU JI and then see everything will be fine because SHREE PRABHU JI is BHAKT VATASALYA he loves his devotees so much he cares for them so much he will protect you always... your soul is already in love with him you just need to do BHAKTI just remember him and see the changes.
