I have noticed though even when downloading a livery though you have to go in and change the base color each time for the specific livery correct?
yes! as it only applies the vinyl's. it wont change your cars setup with the kit or paint

If it has any mods or anything that is pc specific it wont share so remeber that. But yeah theres been alot of issue with the game on the recent update so it may be just the game and nothing on your end

This is a ptr v1. Player test review. This isn't the full update . Whenever pc gets the update then it's usually just a week or two after at max. Right now it can be a month out, or maybe more or less. The game has been out for 5-6 years now. This is how it always goes

Its a great game. I made a few friends from here.
And at least we know why they take so long to update the game because they Russian just say I respect your community won't say anything else.
