I bought a fishing backpack and fits multiple deck boxes real nice and a tube on the bottom weirdly enough fits in pole holder.

Wasn't fond of the Quiver for storing sleeved decks, the felt always caught on the card sleeves and like you noted the top would bend the sleeves if something was in it. It's a bit better if you use smaller deck boxes in it, but then it's just a tiny backpack.
Now that you say that I have had some issues with snagging card sleeves every now and then. I think that’s the appeal for me is that it is basically a tiny backpack😅
@GoblinReserve I think it's best used as a tiny backpack. For when you just want to carry a couple decks to an event and don't want bulky backpacks.
Exactly how I use it. Love it for side events to bring home bulk on the plane.
are you able to fit a single deck box + rolled playmat inside of the quiver?
No. You would need the extra case unless you were folding it up.
