@@rishi9423 language is not a barrier at all. Pick up any one language and start doing it . Do dsa in that as well. Also, in case you need to switch to other languages after some time, it would hardly take 1 week if you have a solid grip on any one language be it c++, java or python P.S. I would suggest you to go for either c++ or java since python is too easy and can be done later on for projects during 3rd/4th year.

I have got an opinion... 2.Well.., I wouldn't really recommend an iPad Pro if you don't have a laptop and you are planning to use the device as a full fledge laptop replacement. Because coding is kind of limited in an iPad. If you already have a machine to code on.., And is looking for a device to take notes on.., Then the iPads are great. 3.iPad is a tablet with iPad OS which is kind of a modified smartphone OS meant for note taking and normal mobile apps with a little more usability whereas a MacBook is a laptop which runs MacOS with all the functions that you would expect with a laptop and can be used for development I mean coding. 4. As I had talked about MacBooks in my earlier point.. A MacBook is just Apple's version of laptop and there are versions for the Mac for almost all the productive apps that we find on Windows and yes MS Office is available for MacBook but then like any other laptop, If you want to use it, then you will require subscriptions(other than some Windows laptops which come with free Microsoft office apps like word,excel,Powerpoint etc.) And about the iPad.., I mean it is just a Tablet but then a little different than the usual Android tablet so it still has got like free Microsoft Office apps on the App Store (Kind of like the apps found on Play Store..) 5.It depends on your budget. If you don't have any laptop buying an iPad might not make sense and because of that you will have to go with a laptop. If you can spend more than 80K then yes you have enough money to buy a MacBook Air(the entry level MacBook). Now these things are great for programming and has got very good performance and more importantly unparalleled battery life and thermal performance. But make sure that you are not a gamer and you won't be regretting later dreaming of playing games on your Mac(There are some games but the gaming situation still isn't that great..) Has got amazing Keyboard and trackpad and all the good stuff. But then yes gaming and the next problem for this particular MacBook Air... And now this is subjective.. and that problem is the screen size. The MacBook Air comes with a 13.3 inch display and you might find it a little bit difficult at times(not always... but still) to read code with the normal scaling. You might have to zoom in sometimes. But their portability is just amazing and you can just carry around one like you have nothing in your backpack and it is a pleasant experience that way. So if you already have some external monitor to hook the Air when you are coding at home.., then great no problems I guess. Now this was for the Air and I had to write about it because the Air is the laptop which is the only Mac in the budget range of most users. But if you are not in that list and can spent like more than 1.5 lakhs and needs the best of the best, You can go for the MacBook Pros and with 14 inch models and even with 16 inch ones you should be fine. but again no gaming. But very good for productivity Now what does all this mean?... Are MacBooks the only option? No never. I mean if you can afford a MacBook (considering that you are worried about only one thing which is coding and software development).., Then great it is an amazing choice. But then it necessary doesn't mean that you have to. Since laptops nowadays are quite powerful and there are plenty of amazing Windows options as well. (And the Intel 12th gen ones provide a lot of performance when compared to the AMD ones but at the cost of heat and battery life.) And yes there are a lot of cool other laptops in the 80K range as well.. Now this was all considering that you only care about coding and development.. If you are worried about gaming then it's like an entirely different story and you are stuck with Windows laptops and will have to spend more than 60K INR to get a decent one. By the way I am a MacBook Air M1(8GB RAM and 256 GB base model you know) user and I love it! I find it sad sometimes not having the ability to play games but for work and all the productive things that thing rocks.. and yes the screen is a bit small but then I will get an external monitor hopefully soon to solve that...(the screen issue matters when you use it for like more than 2 hours in a stretch.. You know eyes..) Hope this helps...

First do c properly and dsa too don't run after projects it won't help you will just tend to copy. Well it also depends in which year you're. If you're a first year don't go for projects this early.
