Asia dear.. Firstly boil the milk.. then let it cool and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.. there will be a thick layer on top of the milk.. that is malai.. 😊😊..I hope it will help you dear 😍
Aap desi ghee se bana sakte ho.. I will definitely share some recipes without malai and ghee.. You can also use some fresh milk cream which is easily available in market.. Thank you so much dear🙏🙏

I add milkmaid condensed milk instead of malai n sugar. No need to add sugar separately. I always prepare atta n milkmaid laddus.
