very informative presentation Dr Osama, just one point, in that CHF example, clear chest goes against CHF as there should be some rales or rhonchi along with tachycardia, hepatomegaly.

As the severity of congestive heart failure increases, signs of venous congestion usually ensue. Usually first sign of congestive heart failire is tachypenea. Thanks.

Congratulations! pediatric cardiologist is an excellent choice, regarding the online education for echocardiograms, I do not have information about online learning. All I know its a 3 years fellowship in US after the pediatric residency, and the one who teach that is the pediatric cardiologist attending during the 3 years training in the pediatric cardiology program.
