the self care tip is TO TRUE. for me, it was rlly hard to start healing form the inside, so i started from the outside. working out, eating well, having a good hygiene: it CHANGES how you look at yourself! i realized that i felt so happy being this way, and ofc, i looked prettier loving myself

She raised me and my sister and because she always had to work she constantly prioritized work and wasn't indulging in caring for herself. you have no idea how much this part help with communicating with my parents 15:00 from "can I" to "I would like". 'cause whenever I say "can I" they immediately say "No you can't" without even hearing me. Now switching to "I would like" "I have a great Idea" "I really want to" makes me feel more heard.

Omg! Tbh I’ve been trying to get into watching Liz because of how many videos I’ve seen of people saying things like “when she starts watching her it’s game over”, and I NEEDED to try. HI Liz, I just recently watch your TH-cam channel, and I have so much to relate with your past also with how we were behaving around toxic people. first I want to say thank you, it really open my eyes. on this particular video, when you talk about a men who's not in any sort of relationship with you, for example I just moved in and my flatmate is trying to manipulate me with buying me this and that, I did not ask him to do that, coz I can see his just trying to get what he want and I make it clear, mate it won't happened and he become frustrated sexually as well!, and I've been through abuse before and obviously I don't need this bullshit from someone telling me that my healing journey is not necessary everybody he knows been through child abuse and rape, it is so disrespectful , I just know right, all this red flags start showing within couple weeks, this is the second time he has crossed my boundaries which my privacy , after the first one he apologised saying that it won't happened again, but the second time, I am done, I couldn't sleep last night worrying something bad going to happen he just sees me as if im a sexual object coz he is obsessed and probably has a boring life, now im packing up to leave asap!! please wish me luck, I did pray last night, thanks again Liz, women united are so powerful indeed! xx

I used to be a people pleaser and always in a goal getter energy. It’s insane how girls come up to me now and tell me I have “queen energy”. Boys at school look differently at me. It’s not only boys but also girls- they invite me, they do things for me, they hold doors open for me, they help me, I get things for free or on discount, people crave my presence and support me. Girls literally tell me I have feminine energy.. This is just so wild to me. They say they would love to embrace their feminine energy as much as I do. I watched that video a year ago and I applied what Liz said. And she is right about the fact that you will not be liked by everyone when you are your true authentic self.

In my family, I have a single mother raising me and my older sister, and I completely related to your experience with your mother; where I spent a small amount of my money to get her something and she would always and still always says 'no-no, don't spend the money you have on me!' She raised me and my sister and because she always had to work she constantly prioritized work and wasn't indulging in caring for herself. Even though I'm 15, I have always prioritized learning to do makeup and self-care, but learning new tips learned from this video and your last one was so helpful! you have no idea how much this part help with communicating with my parents 15:00 from "can I" to "I would like". 'cause whenever I say "can I" they immediately say "No you can't" without even hearing me. Now switching to "I would like" "I have a great Idea" "I really want to" makes me feel more heard.

HI Liz, I just recently watch your TH-cam channel, and I have so much to relate with your past also with how we were behaving around toxic people. first I want to say thank you, it really open my eyes. on this particular video, when you talk about a men who's not in any sort of relationship with you, for example I just moved in and my flatmate is trying to manipulate me with buying me this and that, I did not ask him to do that, coz I can see his just trying to get what he want and I make it clear, mate it won't happened and he become frustrated sexually as well!, and I've been through abuse before and obviously I don't need this bullshit from someone telling me that my healing journey is not necessary everybody he knows been through child abuse and rape, it is so disrespectful , I just know right, all this red flags start showing within couple weeks, this is the second time he has crossed my boundaries which my privacy , after the first one he apologised saying that it won't happened again, but the second time, I am done, I couldn't sleep last night worrying something bad going to happen he just sees me as if im a sexual object coz he is obsessed and probably has a boring life, now im packing up to leave asap!! please wish me luck, I did pray last night, thanks again Liz, women united are so powerful indeed! xx

I used to be a people pleaser and always in a goal getter energy. It’s insane how girls come up to me now and tell me I have “queen energy”. Boys at school look differently at me. It’s not only boys but also girls- they invite me, they do things for me, they hold doors open for me, they help me, I get things for free or on discount, people crave my presence and support me.
Girls literally tell me I have feminine energy.. This is just so wild to me.
They say they would love to embrace their feminine energy as much as I do.
