Hey, I spent some time with your vlogs for the past week and your personality is so lovely, you brightened my days and made me daydream how Yale would be for me. Hope you are doing ok.
I just got accepted into uni to study psychology after moving away from nursing!! I love watching your vlogs and how much you talk about psychology classes
Do you know what films you'll watch in the film study class? Heavenly Creatures and Gattaca are amazing for studying. I can waffle on about those movies for hours. Don't ever watch them with me because I'll pause to tell you all about why the scene is important and what the lighting effects symbolise. 🤣🤣
I can never watch Gattaca again after watching it in English class that was over 10 years ago in Australia lol . We discussed everything about the movie.
I love yout vlogs and I´m curious what programs you use to write on your ipad? Do you then transfer it to your mac? Greetings from an asperger girl in Sweden. 🧡
Are you majoring in psych? Sorry I am from the uk and only understand our university system where you only ever study your subject rather than do all these extra classes 😊
injuries suck! I've had a wrist injury since last June ( TFCC ) that healed (though I have functional pain still that I just have to live with) but I re-injured it recently. Honestly sick of it hindering my everyday life. Don't recommend this one lol
As an autistic person, I find that really strange that people get “taught” about my disability, there’s literally nothing that a “professor” could tell you about autism that you couldn’t learn better from an autistic person
If students aren't around people who have disabilities etc then it's hard to learn about, also people who have disabilities aren't responsible for teaching the world about it. It's one thing to join research studies to help professionals and have random strangers walking up asking really personal questions about your health etc.
Professional & academic research into any disability is really important and not just at Yale. Professors at universities are funded to conduct research in exchange for teaching students
i don’t see why you’re offended? she’s learning something about this disability that occurs within people. she’s not going around asking random people who have no idea what autism is. she is learning from a professional who knows specifically what it involves. i believe it is even more offensive to go up to a random person with autism and ask them.
Hope you're doing okay Tia! I really miss your vlogs :(

What's your GPA?

Most people just don't grasp the concept 😮
