I'm always grateful for your tremendous outreach, Nayaswami Asha. I listen every night, and I'm considering the Teachings, as you offer them, with such wisdom, 'owned experience', humor, and compassion, all through the day, every day. You are a constant help to me. Master's Consciousness flows eloquently through you. Thank you, from my heart. Aum. Jai Guru.

Don't flip the microphone from the speaker to the questioner. Is making us miss the speaker's answer and it doesn't work well..

Asha, in min 29, me too! Same as you I love sweets, since I was a little boy. I can't even stay away a day without eating 2 or 3 I love chocolate, KitKat, chocolate bars croissants etc... you name it, until recently my daughter found a way to make chocolate cake and flapjacks without any sugar and any of the bad stuff. It is delicious, it is a vegan cake made of nuts seeds and dates, no sugar or harmful ingredients whatsoever you can enjoy it whenever you want. You can have it without thinking what's gonna happen next. And Its super simple and easy. Would you like me to send you the recipe? 🙌

Me too! I started baking with eritrithol instead of sugar and corn starch instead of flour- it’s more or less a good deal between body and mind until further level

Please don't flip the sound from the speaker to the questioner in the future - It's not good & doesn't work. A great talk though and very helpful - Thank you!
