Hawaiian Meatballs with Smokies

- These are easy, inexpensive and totally delicious!! Great for parties or just for snacking. Cooked in a slow cooker in about 3 hours, including prep.

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs regular meatballs (frozen type)
1 package of Lil Smokey sausages
1 Jar of apricot jam
1 Bottle of honey BBQ sauce
1 Can of pineapple chunks (drained)
DIRECTIONS:
Pour BBQ sauce and apricot jam into the bottom of the slow cooker and mix. To that, add the meatballs and smokies. Stir well to coat all.
Turn the pot to high and begin cooking for approximately 3 hours stirring every 30 - 45 minutes. Add the pineapple chunks at the 2 hour mark.
These are best served in the warm Crock Pot..
