Seeing this and wondering how 13 year old me didn't know they signed autographs somewhere in Vancouver, andvtryi g to figure out what record store they were at....(the kid in me feeling like I missed out 🙂🙂)
Can anyone give me a link to a full episode of this ET Canada biggest bands of the 80s, or any documentaries about the 80s chart toppers on Canadian radio. I grew up and live in the States. I have always had an interest in rock bands that were big in their own countries, but we rarely heard in the states. I'm slightly familiar with some of the bigger bands like Platinum Blonde, Honeymoon Suite, the song Mona with the Children, but I'm hungry for more. Whether it's my "region" or what, my searches basically come up empty no matter what site or browser I use. Any help would be appreciated.
And then there's the Rebel Yell Tour with Billy Idol. In which Billy treated treated them roughly and ended up being jealous of them because they got more screams than he did. :)
Man United; Man United we're the boys in the black, white, and blue Man United, Man United and we're going to take the heat off of you, you, you, you! LOL!!
+ST40TV yes but he said he went back to England to his families but knew they live in and based in Toronto, did he not then? but as yrs went on did or they move to Toronto after the 80s because he talks about England so I got confused
Thanks for the inside look of PB in the 80's. These gems are worth sharing to those that were too young to appreciate their music.
Seems like some genuinely down to earth caring blokes.
Very cool mini documentary on the life of a cool rock band! Very interesting!
The good old days.
Hi Mark. Hope you guys are all doing well, There's more of the group on ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHRISTMAS with Frank Mills. Check it out.
Love them and miss Kenny :(
Mark was a good looking guy and he still is a good looking guy.
Hey Celeste, I've seen you comment on most Platinum Blonde videos. Do you perhaps know what song it is they start playing at 12:00? Thanks!
