    I have the same issue with very high cholesterol, but have been able to reduce it a bit. What has helped me is intermittent fasting with 12 hours of gap between dinner and breakfast. My meal times are 8am - breakfast, 12.30 - lunch, 7 - dinner, and 10k steps/ 6k steps with weight training. Also try to avoid rice/bread for dinner. You can have chicken/fish with lots of veggies and salads.
