    Hi Mark, After using X-Camera for several years, I couldn't imagine how it could be improved! This new version is just amazing! Can't believe this degree of improvement is free! A big thank you Mark for your creative work. JJ

    Amazing software! I was having real trouble with TrackIR until I watched the first tutorial. I love this plugin quite a lot.

    I believe that one of the best feature of X-Camera is changing the force to FOV of panels. Despite what panel to fly with. The default Xplane I don't think you can not do that for individual aircraft. Is there list of different Lua plugins to use in X-Camera that are made for different options. I know there is for External Camera there is WingMan and Scenic Flyer. Any otherers to suggest and where to get them. I have wingman and scenic flyer lua plugins. I'm not that experienced to write my own LUA scripts.

    This may have been asked before. Excuse me if it has. The WingMan Script placed in Plugin/Fly With Lua does not work as a stand alone? Because the "Settings Menu" says it is paused. I just got the license version today and watching your video tutorials and have really done nothing with X-Camera other than setting the license.

      I may not be 100% clear on your question but I think what you are asking is does the Wingman Script rely on using X-Camera. The answer is yes. The Wingman script creates camera movement which is applied to an X-Camera camera that is configured properly with the correct script ID. You can read more about the script here:

    Hi Mark - How is the Heading Bug set in Scenic Flyer on glass panel? And I don't see a Heading Bug on the GA.

    • @stickandrudderstudios3217
      @stickandrudderstudios3217  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Are you trying to set the bug using the Scenic Flyer panel? I'm not sure you can do that. You most likely need to set it in the 3D cockpit.

      It looks like the developer has shut down their website. I might need to create something similar that is built right into X-Camera.

    Under the scenic flyer, Can this glass plugin or 6 pack view be projected to a second screen ? I would like to see the cockpit views on one screen and the external views on the second screen. Please advise.

      This can not be done natively in X-Plane unless you run two copies of X-Plane on different computers networked together in a master-slave relationship. Most people will use a 3rd party utility like Air Manager, www.siminnovations.com/, to accomplish this.

    Nice vid. Thanks. Mouse look won't work for me. Just shudders when I try to move.

      Are you sure the title bar on the control panel says X-Camera 2.4. That sounds like you are still running 2.3.3 and trying to use the right mouse button.

    • @andyholmes9485
      @andyholmes9485 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@stickandrudderstudios3217 Indeed. Does mouse view only work in 2.4?

    • @stickandrudderstudios3217
      @stickandrudderstudios3217  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@andyholmes9485 No, there is a mouse look in 2.3.3 but I had to use the middle mouse button as X-Plane versions prior to X-Plane 11 had no way for plugins to intercept and manage a right mouse click. So with 2.3.3 and earlier you mouse look with the middle mouse button and with X-Camera 2.4 you can use the right mouse button.

    any camera for walkaround?

    • @markellis789
      @markellis789 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can configure cameras to accept axis inputs from a second joystick. This would allow you to move the the camera like a drone. You can also move any camera using the arrow keys etc.
