I'll fix it get these nuc orders out this week then I can just work on honey and my nuc battery.. ones that caught most the drift finally just gave them plenty of drawn comb to lay up then I'll fix everything.. I tried to sort it out sooner they just kept flying back to the drift units.. ones I did earlier and later in the day really didn't have much drift. Ones I did at 80 degrees just rolled out the bottom board went air born .. they didn't leave the yard. It's a mess right now..
Drift is sure a problem. Ya these were done during morning hours but I’d rather hive packages in the evening to help stick them to their boxes. These have also had cool weather to help stick them tight ,
What do you put onyour hands to keep bees from stinging you.every time i try to handle frames without gloves i get lit up.ive tried several times and different hives..soon as i pick up the frames they start poping me…yall make it look easy..thanks.
This is the first year I've marked my queens . I had to these dark queens are soooo hard to see . Now they are all red dot as they were last years . Whats blooming Hawthorn ?? Pokey things on the branches! Im back to feeding with thin syrup .the weather has not been cooperating at all .
