How did u went faster from gallop into sprint at the begging of the race?

i just spam foward till get to sprint, i have a video giving tips to races, it's a bit old, a few things changed, but still helps... time 3:35

i'm gonna guess that the acceleration level also helps to get to sprint a lot faster, the horse in the video is one of my best horses...
