Hotel Centrale - Riva Del Garda accessibility

A well located hotel just a stone throw from the lake. The bedroom is very spacious (with a great view) but the bathroom lacks grab rails - there is just one suck-on type grab rail... there is no wall mounted seat in the shower - just an unstable portable shower chair. The bed is very comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The room is on the first floor - lift at the reception.
The reception itself has no lowered desk.
public accessible bathroom(toilet, sink, shower) is available on the first floor.
The carpark... its quite challenging for someone using a wheelchair to get to the carpark. Its about 300 meters away and up the hill (it's called Parcheggio Monte Oro if you want to google it). And there is no bluebadge spot in the carpark.
